1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and f4ph (hereinafter "f4ph," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing Your access to and use of the f4ph online gaming platform accessible at f4ph.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any f4ph services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering, You warrant that You meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of Your jurisdiction of residence. f4ph strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the Platform. We implement age verification procedures and reserve the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to confirm Your age and identity.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

f4ph services are intended primarily for residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions must ensure their use complies with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. You are solely responsible for determining whether Your use of f4ph services is lawful in Your location.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use f4ph services, You must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred payment methods. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.4 Account Limitations

Each User may maintain only one (1) account with f4ph. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or allowing others to use Your account is strictly prohibited. If We detect multiple accounts linked to the same User through matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers, We reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void bets, and confiscate balances. Legitimate account closures and re-registrations must be approved by f4ph customer support.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share, disclose, or allow access to Your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through Your account are Your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify f4ph of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from Your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Account Activities

You agree to use f4ph services only for lawful recreational purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; employing automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games; colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages; exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors; engaging in abusive or harassing behavior toward other Users or f4ph staff; attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security; and any other conduct that violates Philippine law or these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

f4ph accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, QR Ph, and other methods displayed in Your account dashboard. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are credited to Your account balance upon successful payment confirmation, typically within minutes for e-wallet transactions and up to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. You are responsible for all transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through Your account dashboard using verified payment methods. f4ph processes most withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for e-wallets and twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to completion of identity verification procedures. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees (if any) are disclosed during the withdrawal process. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

f4ph maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in Your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Suspicious activities will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Bonus Terms

f4ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.2 Abuse Prevention

f4ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses if We detect abuse, including but not limited to: operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion with other players; or any other conduct contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Our decisions regarding bonus eligibility and abuse determinations are final.

6.3 Betting Limits

f4ph establishes minimum and maximum betting limits for each game, which may vary based on game type, User account status, and VIP tier. We reserve the right to modify betting limits at any time. During self-exclusion periods, You will be unable to access Your account, deposit funds, or place bets. f4ph will take reasonable measures to prevent You from opening new accounts during self-exclusion. However, You acknowledge that ultimate responsibility for refraining from gambling rests with You.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the f4ph Platform are owned by f4ph or licensed to f4ph by third parties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from f4ph. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While f4ph strives to provide continuous service availability, We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. f4ph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability, except where required by applicable law.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The f4ph Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, f4ph disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet Your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, f4ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to You for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount You deposited into Your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Your use of f4ph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, You agree to first contact f4ph customer support to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws, unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection regulations.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension

f4ph reserves the right to suspend Your account temporarily pending investigation of suspected Terms violations, suspicious activities, or verification requirements. During suspension, You will be unable to place bets or withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded.

11.2 Termination by f4ph

We may terminate Your account immediately and without prior notice if You breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, provide false information, or conduct any prohibited activities. Upon termination for cause, any account balance may be forfeite d, and We will have no obligation to refund deposited amounts. Winnings obtained through fraudulent activities will be confiscated.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to You via Your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Voluntary closure does not relieve You of obligations arising from activities conducted prior to closure.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between You and f4ph regarding Your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

f4ph's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of f4ph.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate Your rights or obligations under these Terms without f4ph's prior written consent. f4ph may freely assign these Terms or delegate any of its obligations without Your consent.

12.5 Force Majeure

f4ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service failures, or utility outages.
